MF-Drill Foam is a biodegradable foaming agent designed for air drilling operations. It produces stable foam in freshwater, brackish water, saltwater and poor-quality water, providing reliable drilling performance across a wide range of field conditions.

Applications

MF-Drill Foam is used in air drilling systems for dust suppression, mist drilling, foam drilling and stiff foam drilling.

When combined with PHPA or PAC, it produces a stiff foam that increases cuttings carrying capacity, improves hole stability in large-diameter boreholes and reduces sticking in wet clay formations.
